I live in NYC. I pay $625 a month just to park my car. Now you know why I am leaving this overpriced city. Time to look into Vietnam. Thanks for your interesting videos. Can’t wait to return to Vietnam once things settle down a bit. Until then, I will work on my “tones”

I'm currently living in Switzerland. Rent for an average appartment is about 2500 usd a month. Cost of living about 1500-2500 usd a month, depending on your lifestyle. The average salary is about 5000-6000 usd a month.

That was my neighborhood when I was living in Hanoi! North side of the lake is just wonderful and chill. Absolutely loved it, and is my first choice when I'm able to move back.

I'm very impressed with your English. Considering you're only 25 and you left Vietnam when you were 17. Just in 8 short years you have mastered the English language. I'm close to retirement and I'm contemplating moving to Vietnam in a couple years. I left Vietnam in 1975 and have lived in the US since. I hope to meet you one day.

I really Love Vietnam. We visited Vietnam for the first time in 2018 (my idea). We visited Hanoi, Hoi An, and Saigon (HCMC). We've decided that when we travel aboard for 6 month tour of Asia, Africa, and Europe, we will make Hanoi, our home base. So instead of traveling back to the U.S. for the next adventure, we will go back to Hanoi for rest and retooling for our next country adventure. We will rent an apartment there during that time. The food is fabulous and so are the people. I love it.
