I came to Vietnam to kite, but somehow I got stuck in Mui Ne town, which is by far not as windy, as I like and the water too choppy for my taste. So I was informed, that there is a spot to better suit my kite needs called Phan Rang. And this video is about how to get there from Mui Ne and what to expect on the way, going by scooter.
