Northern Vietnam is well known for its natural beauty and Ha Long Bay which is on the North East is a popular travel destination and identified as a UNESCO world heritage site featuring emerald water and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rain-forests. Every day you will find many cruises and junk boat tours on Ha Long Bay with various sea expeditions. however, the neighboring Lan Ha Bay is getting even more popular these days as its identified as less touristy than the Ha Long Bay and it's easy to find many day or several day tours on junk boats and various expeditions involved such as Kayaking. Catba Island is known to be the access point to Lan Ha Bay and Catba offers various other attractions as well such as the Catba National Park, Monkey Island and Canon Fort Catba.
