Bus Ride from Lao Cai to Sapa - GoPro Timelapse HD

Never stick your head out the window… But you can stick a GoPro. The train from Hanoi only goes as far as Lao Cai, so an overworked bus is the only way up to the mountain town of Sapa. Normally busted buses are a tummy churner, but this one wasn't too bad. At the end you can see the WAVE of Hmong ladies rushing the bus to start selling handcrafts. These ladies are VERY annoying at first. By the end of your time in Sapa they are friends. I have never met a people quicker to laughter than the hill people of Sapa. My trek through the valley many share confirmed this.I'm digging these GoPro time-lapse vids as an easy way to share WHILE traveling without needing to waste trip time editing… Shot on GoPro Hero2.
