Thank you!…Here we are, officially over halfway done with one of the best experiences and most beautiful places, the Ha Giang Loop. Day 5 starts with a nice cultural market in Dong Van, the largest market in this part of the country and an important trading area for the locals. After enjoy the market in the rain and a little shopping, we hop on our motorbikes and head towards our homestay in Lung Cu, about 25 km away. Day 6 we wake up to a beautiful countryside, sounds of cows, bugs, and a climb up a tower to check out the view. The Lung Cu flagpole is in the northern-most area of Vietnam and on a clear day, you can see into China. It is free to enter and a must do in this area. After that we hop on our motorbikes, say a sad goodbye and ride towards our homestay about 42km away (I say 44km in the video but it's hard to tell exact distances) and about 4.5km outside of Meo Vac.Check out the video for more details.
