Hi, everyone!I returned to Ninh Binh last month to explore more places, making it my 3rd time in the beautiful city. I loved it.This time I was accompanied by my Nepali friend, Sanjay. Sanjay currently lives in Ninh Binh and is working as a teacher in a local school. He was my guide, and we explored a few places together using his motorbike. Below are some of the local places we visited:‣ Tam Coc ‣ Tuyệt Tịnh Cốc (động Am Tiên) — TF88‣ Aroma Indian restaurant‣ Unicorn Mountain‣ Điểm chụp ảnh cưới (https://goo.gl/maps/ANtnCCvqrqnXEzVs8)‣ Father's Cooking restaurantMy accommodation: Ninh Bình Village 1990 Homestay (I paid just slightly over $10/night.)My transportation: Trang An Limousine (VND160K/way)A summary of my trip:On my first day, Sanjay invited me for dinner with his friends in the city centre. We had a lovely dinner while watching football. After dinner, we visited Unicorn Mountain. The site was decorated with bright yellow lights. What a lovely place to unwind. On day 2, Sanjay picked me up from my homestay, which was located close to the Mua Caves. Note: Ninh Bình Village 1990 Homestay has a restaurant where guests and non-guests can have a meal. I had Vietnamese coffee that morning. After breakfast, Sanjay and I moved to Tam Coc.I enjoyed the Tam Coc boat ride. The lake wasn't crowded, the weather was bright and sunny, and the boat lady was lovely. I thought the price for the boat tour was high – it was 390K dong/person. Personally, I found the Tran An boat tour better than Tam Coc in terms of sightseeing. After the boat ride, Sanjay took me to his friend's Aroma Indian restaurant. It's considered one of the most popular restaurants in Ninh Binh. We had naan, rice, curry, and more. I really liked the food; they were delicious. After lunch, we went to Tuyệt Tịnh Cốc (động Am Tiên), where we spent a few hours exploring its beautiful lake and temple. We rented a tandem. Visitors also have the option to rent rickshaws and regular bicycles. After that, we went to Điểm chụp ảnh cưới, a lake near Tran An, where we watched the sunset and people having photoshoots, mostly wedding ones.We stopped by Father Cooking restaurant to have some drinks and fried spring rolls. This restaurant is also one of the most popular in Ninh Binh. From the restaurant, I took the Trang An Limousine back to Hanoi. I recommend the Tran An Limousine to those looking for an affordable private van service from Hanoi to Ninh Binh or otherwise.Overall, it was a wonderful trip. Special thanks to Sanjay and his friends for the lovely time! ❤️----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Music: bensound.comCheck out my recent videos:🎞️I Attended a Vietnamese Wedding in the Thanh Hoa Countrysidehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PgdbPa2Pn8Q&t=26s🎞️Rock Night at Otto Bar | Bangkok Nightlifehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWkButT3xBI#ninhbình #tamcoc #vietnam
