Hai Phong is not small, it's the 3rd biggest city in Vietnam, bigger than Da Nang, but Hai Phong is like LA, low rises and spread out into a lot of neighborhoods. Hai Phong still preserve a large collection of French colonial architectures, today however many tall skyscrapers are being erected in the new areas of Hai Phong.
