Ha Giang Loop Day 4 | Du Gia to Ha Giang HD

Today is day 4 and our last day on the Ha Giang loop and we will be heading from Du Gia to back to Ha Giang! We wake up in Du Gia and get on the road around 9AM and we have another 100KM day ahead of us.We don't get very far coming out of Du Gia before we stop a few times to take in the amazing views of the valley. We were pretty rushed the day before coming in late in the evening so we stop to take it all in this morning!As we come into the next valley we notice a lot of people walking up the mountain and we realize they are all leaving the morning market in the neighboring village. Everyone is in colorful traditional clothes and considering how remote the area is, the village is completely packed with people!We turn off the main road onto DL181 to make our way back to Quan Ba. The road takes us through multiple small villages in the beautiful countryside before we make it into Quan Ba for lunch. After lunch we have about an hour back to Ha Giang. The road is familiar as we are now back on the same road from day 1. Unfortunately, the the loud horns of the buses are all too familiar as well. We almost get tangled up with another scooter after one of the large tagalong groups tries to pass us right as we are approaching cows crossing the road. It was our closest call of the loop but luckily we stay upright! We make it back to Ha Giang… while we are sad our time on the loop is over, we are happy to be back in one piece and so glad we made the decision to ride the loop on our own motorbike. We would honestly recommend it to anyone!
